Nescel Ilagan heads up the Accounts Payable Department. After she obtained her B.S. from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. She worked in the airline industry, graphic design company, and has worked as administrative support in many applications. She has streamlined our accounts payable system, making bill payments more environmentally friendly and mailing less and less envelopes every year. She has been with our team for over 13 years.
