    • Question: How many employees does AAMS have?

      Answer: We have five full time employees.

    • Question: Can AAMS provide on-site personnel at individuals Associations?

      Answer: Yes, we will provide on-site personnel if requested by our associations.

    • Question: How many clients does AAMS represent in Ventura County?

      Answer: AAMS represents approximately 25 common interest developments, ranging in size from 12 units to over 200 units.

    • Question: What is the total number of units AAMS manages?

      Answer: In total, AAMS managements approximately 2000 units spread across the various Associations that we represent.

    • Question: Does AAMS carry a fidelity bond?

      Answer: Yes, in the amount of $100,000.

    • Question: What other insurance does AAMS carry?

      Answer: We carry professional liability insurance, professional errors and omissions insurance, and business and fire insurance.

    • Question: Does AAMS have systems in place for handling CC&R violations and owner requested repairs to common areas?

      Answer: Yes, both operations have been computerized. In addition, AAMS can provide each Board with monthly logs of violation activity and owner generated work requests.

    • Question: Will we be able to meet the Manager that AAMS intends to assign to our Association prior to finalizing the agreement?

      Answer: Yes.

    • Question: Does AAMS coordinate escrows for home sales and purchases in our Association?

      Answer: Yes, AAMS routinely handles the coordination of escrow documents for sales, purchases, and refinancing by the current owner.

    • Question: Does AAMS use outside administrative or fiinancial services?

      Answer: No. AAMS performs association financial services. However, taxes, reviews and audits are handled by independent auditors.

    • Question: Does AAMS assist with delinquency collections?

      Answer: Yes, AAMS has personnel that track and follow-up on the payment of homeowner dues, assessments and special assessments. In addition, individual homeowners are free to request an accounting at any time. We interface with attorney firms that handle foreclosure actions, both judicial and non-judicial.
