Dawn Cooper, Association Manager, has worked in management over 20 years in multi family housing property management with top 10 companies such as Equity Residential, Essex Property Trust, Legacy Partners (formally Trammel Crow Residential.) She is a Certified California Association Manager. She heads our violations department and is the liason between communities and the vendors that are contracted to perform work. She handles several association meetings as well as a professional association manager. She has been with AAMS, Inc. 13 years.
